Bob Maurer and I both worked together for over two years. We were both employed by a high profile family. He as the family’s Private Chef and I as the House Manager.
With out question he is the most talented chef I have ever worked with. Working in what was at times an unconventional house he would be able to pull together a meal in no time at all but you would have thought it had been planned for days. He is creative in ways that could only be compared to a fine artist. His attention to detail is always the crowning glory in every thing that he makes regardless of it being a simple breakfast or a very formal dinner.
He cooks with love and it comes through in every thing he makes. Most chefs have an area they specialize in but Bob is both comfortable and accomplished in all areas. He also has an amazing knowledge of dietary restrictions such as cooking for vegetarians or diabetics.
I am always more than happy to refer Bob to my clients because I know that their satisfaction is guaranteed when Bob is in the kitchen.
